Zumba is still going strong in Wendell. There were several new faces in last night’s class, and Maria Elena continues to keep each class fun, exciting and as challenging as you want to make it for yourself. Take it from me, someone who doesn’t really enjoy dancing basically because I have no rhythm and someone who has historically had very little interest in aerobic classes, Zumba is amazing! It is one of the best non-workout workouts I’ve ever tried. I feel great, and I’m seeing and feeling the results every single day. It’s definitely worth a try.
Come out next Thursday at 6:30pm. Maria will be out of town, but we’ll have Danny leading our moves, and from what I hear, Danny ranks right up there with Maria. Each class is only $5, and right now, you can get a punch card good for 7 classes and only $25… that’s two free classes!
